From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire experience was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Alejandra and Liliana. Both of them were absolutely incredible, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can truly tell when someone genuinely loves what they do, and that definitely came through in the way they cared for the puppies and interacted with me. Alejandra & Liliana are so nice ❤️ they were so sweet, helpful, and compassionate, and she made the entire experience feel so special. I am extremely grateful for the time and attention she gave me. Alejandra was also wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed and understood all the information before leaving. What stood out to me the most was how much care and love the puppies receive. It was obvious that the staff genuinely cares about their well-being and wants each puppy to go to a loving and appropriate home. I left feeling extremely happy and confident with my experience.
